The stages of project development
Our project management process at Multivision Screens is structured around several key phases. In this way, we guarantee a methodical approach and an optimal result.
Design
The first stage is dedicated to design, starting with a meticulous analysis of the specifications. Expectations and the purpose of the project are also reviewed if necessary. Taking into account the layout and architectural plans, a feasibility analysis is then conducted. It is essential to work closely with the client and our multidisciplinary team to achieve the validation of the solution concept.
Development
Once the concept is validated, our team develops detailed plans and conducts a thorough functional analysis, clearly describing the functions to be performed. A prototype, if necessary, is produced to validate technical feasibility under real conditions, putting theory to the test in practice. Necessary adjustments are made to ensure an optimal final product, without undesirable surprises.
Manufacturing
Following the development phase, we initiate the production of mechanical parts in Belgium in collaboration with specialized partners. Assembly and rigorous testing are carried out in our own workshops before being sent to the installation site.
Delivery & Installation
To precisely position the products, our team of experts can take care of on-site installation. Full-scale tests are conducted to ensure the proper functioning of the solution in its final environment.
