From conception to installation: a controlled development process
Multidisciplinary company
For most of our products, we handle the entire value chain. We manage the entire process, from product design and manufacturing in Belgium to installation and maintenance by our team of professionals worldwide.
This approach allows us to provide the best advice to our clients, ensuring quality service and cutting-edge expertise in every collaboration we undertake.
Our services
Conception and development
With a multidisciplinary team and an in-house design office, we have the internal capacity to handle the complete product development cycle. Multivision Screens is proficient not only in creating screens integrated into the product catalog but also in custom development tailored to specific needs.
Our design office is dedicated to feasibility analysis as well as various phases of manufacturing. Its expertise spans from mechanics to motorization to ensure the most comprehensive product development.
Manufacturing
Our workshop located in Ciney, Belgium, is the heart of the production and assembly of our products. By collaborating with Harkness in the supply of quality screens on-site, we take care of the assembly, mechanical components, and motorization of the projection screens.
Operationally, the production site provides integrated manufacturing capabilities for prototyping during the development phase or for the production of final products.
Recognizing the specialization of other industry players, we seek their expertise for the supply of certain standard products.
Logistic
Stock management, transportation, and packaging of our products are directly handled at the production site located in Ciney, Belgium.
We pay special attention to the protection of the equipment we provide. Therefore, during transportation, whether by land, sea, or air, we prefer to package our screens in wooden crates. To protect our screens from moisture and corrosion during maritime transport, we can also reinforce our packaging with a heat-sealed SEI4C cover.
Installation
The assembly of the products is a delicate step. It must necessarily take place on-site for larger-sized products. To ensure optimal installation, we always recommend that this operation be carried out by our team of specialized installers, either in full or under supervision. When necessary, a full-scale quality test is conducted.
The experience of our installers allows us to deliver quality work even in varied terrain conditions or with specific constraints.
Maintenance
En fonction des besoins de nos clients et de la nature des produits, nous prenons en charge la maintenance de vos installations à une fréquence préalablement définie en accord avec l'utilisation prévue. Il est essentiel de planifier régulièrement des révisions de l'installation pour garantir son bon fonctionnement et anticiper d'éventuels problèmes potentiels.
